Nevertheless, apart from the visual\u00a0impact brought by the imposing towers, the\u00a0redevelopment project has also brought many\u00a0side effects to the neighbouring old areas.<\/p>\n<p>Our project aims to investigate this aftermath\u00a0of redevelopment and the imbalance occurring\u00a0in the current redevelopment model. We have\u00a0selected the two streets, Sun Tsuen Street and\u00a0Cheung Lung Street, neighbouring the newly\u00a0built Vision City, as our area of focus.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the course of our project, we\u00a0have conducted thorough background research\u00a0regarding the redevelopment project in Tsuen\u00a0Wan.
