# For these TPg degrees, only graduands who have fulfilled the graduation requirements by the end of Semester 1 of 2025-26 will be invited to this Summer Congregations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Virtual Congregation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Virtual format of the 217th<\/sup> Congregation will be held on 9 June 2026 (Tuesday)<\/strong>, to provide an option for eligible graduands who have a genuine need for the early issuance of the graduation certificate (i.e. before the date of the in-person congregation) for the purpose of employment or further studies.<\/p>\n

Eligible graduands may only choose to participate either in the Virtual format of the Congregation OR the In-Person format; they cannot attend both<\/strong>. Graduands who are not able to attend either the Virtual and The In-Person format Congregation will be conferred the degrees in absentia<\/em> at the In-Person format Congregation. The broadcast link for the Virtual Congregation will be shared with registered graduands at a later time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In-person Congregation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Graduands should dress in full academic attire, including a gown, hood, and cap. The Congregation is a solemn event, and all participants are expected to dress formally. Graduates who are not dressed in full academic attire or fail to meet the dress code will NOT be allowed to ascend to the stage.<\/p>\n

Each Graduand may invite up to two guests to the Congregation. Please make sure to confirm your attendance and order guest tickets by 12 June 2026<\/strong>.  If you do not register by the deadline, it will be assumed that you are not attending the ceremony. Requests for late registration after the deadline will not be considered. <\/strong> The graduate\/guest tickets will be mailed to you in due course. For final year UG and RPg potential graduands, the graduate\/guest tickets will be mailed to you upon confirmation of your graduation status.<\/p>\n
