Haoliang Chang
I am a postdoc at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). Before joining HKUST (GZ), I obtained my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Systems Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. My main research interest is understanding how urban transport systems, transport services, and transport-related events impact cities. I am particularly interested in utilizing different kinds of user-generated content data (e.g., social media data and transport smart card data) and big data analytics in solving problems or providing new insights in urban and transport-relevant research domains.
