MUKHAMEDJANOV, Anvar<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Hello, I am a PhD student at the University of Hong Kong, Department of Urban Planning and Design. Before coming to HKU, I did my M.Eng. at the Department of Urban Engineering, University of Tokyo.<\/p>\n

I am very interested in planning sustainable urban environments in compact, walkable urban forms. I am particularly interested in problem-solving research related to urban energy balance, spatial equity, urban open spaces and public realm. I use various techniques such as infrared thermography, geographic information systems (GIS) and big data analyses.<\/p>\n
