Wang Yali was a research assistant at the Department of Urban Planning and Design at the University of Hong Kong. Previously, she received a Master of Urban Design from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from Hefei University of Technology. Her primary interest of research is vegetation especially vertical vegetation’s environment influence to urban micro climate in dense cities. During her research assistant work, she also contributed to Yueqing Case Study phase I project and led the phase II study. She is currently working as an intern in Climate Change Planning Unit, Urban Planning and Design Branch, UN-habitat.
