The winning idea is an \u201c<em>i-Core<\/em>\u201d developed in Dr Wilson Lu\u2019s team to encapsulate smart construction objects (SCOs) properties. Similar to a CPU to a computer, this \u2018<em>i-Core<\/em>\u201d can be understood as the \u2018heart\u2019 of smart construction. With this \u2018<em>i-Core\u2019<\/em>, it is possible to develop scalable and customizable smart construction, which is perceived as a promising direction of future construction.
