The visit was guided by Dr Louis Chu, Deputy Director of HKU Estate Office. The High West MiC project has been deployed by the Government as a pilot project to demonstrate that MiC technology can also be applied to private property development. The High West project has adopted a lot of technologies from HKU, including Prof. Lu\u2019s blockchain system for e-inspection.
