# For these TPg degrees, only graduands who have fulfilled the graduation requirements by the end of Semester 1 of 2022-23 will be invited to this Summer Congregation. Students who fulfil the graduation requirements in Semester 2 of 2022-23 will be conferred in the Winter Congregation in Nov/Dec 2023.
Venue: Grand Hall, Centennial Campus, HKU
Please arrive at the Grand Hall by 9:00am at the latest in full academic dress (gown, hood, and cap). The Congregation is a solemn occasion where all attendees are expected to dress formally. Graduands who are not in full academic dress or do not meet the dress code will NOT be permitted to ascend to the stage.
Each student may invite up to two guests to the Congregation. Please make sure to confirm your attendance and order guest tickets by 8 June 2023. If you do not register by the deadline, it will be assumed that you are not attending the ceremony. Requests for late registration after the deadline will not be considered. The graduand/guest tickets will be mailed to you in due course. For final year UG and RPg potential graduands, the graduate/guest tickets will be mailed to you upon confirmation of your graduation status.

Schedule:
- Late-May 2023: Final year UG and RPg (potential) graduands and TPG graduands who fulfilled the graduation requirements in Fall 2023 will receive an invitation letter (by post and by e-mail).
- 22 May – 8 June 2023: Online Registration ( https://fac.arch.hku.hk/graduation/registration )
- Late-June/Early-July 2023: Delivery of graduate and guest tickets to local students by post. (Non-local students shall collect their tickets at the counter on the day of the congregation.). For final year UG and RPg potential graduands, the graduate/guest tickets will be mailed to you upon confirmation of your graduation status.
Collection of Certificates
Details on the schedule for the collection of graduation certificate for the Summer Congregation Graduates of the Class of 2023 will be announced toward the mid of June 2023.
