Payment
Full payment MUST be received prior to the Conference. Registration cannot be confirmed until the payment is received.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be advised in writing to the Conference Organizer before 21st April 2013. Cancellation after this date will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of US $20.
Passport and Visa
Hong Kong is an extremely friendly territory in the world in terms of visa policy. Nationals of about 170 countries and territories, including most European & American States as well as British Commonwealth nations, may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a period ranging from 7 days to 180 days. Citizens of the following countries and territories do not need a visa to enter Hong Kong SAR as a visitor: 180 days (United Kingdom, Macau); 90 days (EU and EFTA Nations, Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, United States, etc.); 30 days (Republic of China (Taiwan), Thailand, etc.); 14 days (India, Russia, etc.); and 7 days (Timor-Leste). Insurance
Please note that registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are strongly recommended to take out an insurance policy of your choice at the time of registration.

Relevant details of registered participants may be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates (e.g., name and organization).
