Time Limit
Speakers are allowed a maximum of 15 minutes for each presentation. To foster exchange of ideas for all papers in a session, Q&A will be conducted at the end of each session for all papers, instead of at the end of each presentation.
Speakers are requested to report to the room for their session at least 5 minutes before the commencement of the session.
Presentation Format
If you are using visual presentations, please conduct it by Microsoft Power Point 97-2003 format. Please be aware that using a Mac computer may cause potential connection problem.
Speakers are requested to bring their own Power Point file to the Conference in the form of USB or CD-ROM.
If the speaker requires any other AV equipment (such as overhead projector, TV, VCR), please arrange directly with the Conference Hotel.
