Managing a multi-disciplinary team: From IFC financing to project tenders

The lecture will be divided into two parts. Part 1 is an IFC Project Finance Case Study. The IFC mixed-use development will be used as an illustration of how participants in the capital market would differentiate and assess the quality of an investment property project by identifying relevant drivers/sub-drivers for the purpose of evaluating the credit quality of a rental-income property project.  Professor Kwok will also share how he, as a project team leader of different professionals, organized to gather the relevant project related information on the IFC Project to present to the bankers.  Part 2 is about Project Tenders, Financial Markets & Professionals.  Also along the theme for organizing and leading a multi-disciplinary team, project tender cases will be highlighted as another illustration of how Professor Kwok organized a group of professionals to deliver a final output whether in the form of project tender submission or for preparation of financial markets transaction related documents such as an IPO prospectus.
