The Ronald Coase Centre for Property Rights Research holds regular workshop meetings with Ph.D. students in HKU studying institutional analysis.  Currently, there are around 20 Ph.D. students joining the workshop series.  Mentors of the workshops including Prof. Chris Webster (the Dean), Prof. K.W.
