In 2002, The University of Hong Kong Surveying Alumni Association established an annual prize for BSc(Surv) students. The first award was made in the academic year 2002-03. The Prize is known as “The University of Hong Kong Surveying Alumni Association Prize”. One prize shall be awarded annually to the final year student(s) pursuing the B.Sc. in Surveying, who has/have attained the highest mark in Dissertation.
Before, the recipient of the Prize would receive HK $1,000. In 2019, the prize value was increased to HK$5,000 for prize recipient for 2019-2020 onwards.
