Prof. Lu was invited as the Judge Panel Member to attend the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Annual Dinner and Hong Kong Awards Presentation Ceremony 2024 on 25 Oct in Hong Kong.
He was also invited to present the “Refurbishment / Revitalisation Team of the Year” award.
