This final module focuses the attention on the landscape design process. Active conversations and participation with experts in the field, provide the resources for getting immersed in the landscape architecture discipline. Likewise, the activities encourage students to reflect on every part of the process, from concept to completion.
Sharing Session 2: Arup Hong Kong
Arup Hong Kong, One of the leading companies in the field of design, including landscape architecture, led a morning session to share their work and best design practices with the students. Additionally, students shared their final project concepts to receive feedback from a multidisciplinary team of experts
Talk by Ivan Valin, The head of DLA
The CDLA 2023 series ended with a talk by the current Head of the DLA, Ivan Valin. He showcased part of his own practice and a range of work from students of the multiple programs of the Division.
Final Exhibition
Students showcased their final projects and presented the highlights of their design processes. Likewise, they exhibited all the work produced during the two-week CDLA course. Conversations and reflections about the role of the field of landscape architecture were discussed during the exhibition.
