Workshop 2 – Model Making : Form

Students are given an A3 plastic sheet and try to get familiar to the usage of the molding machine and make a plastic mold for your own topography model. At the same time, they are asked to create a landscape to accommodate the type of actions they have chosen.

Model making representation of three-dimensional spaces is an essential communication skill for landscape architects. In this workshop, basic model making materials and techniques were introduced and explored by making human figures from clay, foam and cardboard.
